Ashley is the creator of the largest political organizing training ever where she trained 60,000 new volunteers through a partnership between Crooked Media and Organizing Together 2020. Prior to her record breaking work at Organizing Together, she managed Swing Left’s College Fellowship Program, served as the Deputy Campaign Director for the national nonpartisan program Power the Polls and served as Managing Director for an advocacy consulting firm. 

Most recently she was the Senior Advisor of Student Engagement for Save the Children's 501c4, followed by time at Harris for President HQ where she was the National Out-of-State Volunteer Director.

Ashley got started in politics as a volunteer leader in 2007 while working in the music industry and has started multiple small businesses and worked with leaders across industries. 

She is based in NYC where she's lived for nearly 20 years. She's currently writing her first novel and pursuing a childhood dream of becoming a competitive figure skater (yes, you read that correctly).
